Back to School Open House
Hermitage Elementary will host our Back to School Open House on Tuesday, August 5th at 6:00 pm. We will begin with everyone meeting together for whole school information, followed by going to the classrooms to meet the teachers. This is an important meeting to make the first day of school on Wednesday a smooth transition day for our students.

This means the McGavock Cluster offers one of the best advanced academic programs in the world to ALL grades, K-12. This is the FIRST Cambridge continuum in the state!

Message from the Principal
Welcome to Hermitage Elementary School. Our enrollment is around 300 students in grades PreK-4. Royal blue and gold are our school colors and our mascot is Leo the Lion! We are part of the McGavock Cluster.
Hermitage Elementary School is committed to providing our students the resources and encouragement to succeed life while providing a safe and caring environment. Our teachers and staff are dedicated to preparing all students to be high achieving, global community leaders.
